| As China enters a new economic cycle,interest rate marketization and CBRC has more strict supervision on banking,Qinghai branch of BOC has seen a decline in performance,employees’ income growth is weak,employees face a gradual increase in work pressure.At the same time,as the jointstock banks entered the Qinghai market,the competition of the same industry is escalating.In particular,the competition for talent is becoming increasingly fierce.Since 2012,A significant increase in the number of employees leaving the Qinghai branch of BOC.Banking has the characteristics of knowledge and capital intensive,at the same time,the banking industry as a service industry has a certain social property,and the turnover of employees is the transfer of professional knowledge and high-quality customers,which will cause huge losses to the bank.This paper analyzes the situation of employee turnover in Qinghai branch of Bank of China,finds out the main causes of employee turnover and puts forward the countermeasures,which is of great practical significance to its stable operation and continuous business development.This paper first expounds the important theories of employee turnover both at home and abroad.By collecting and analyzing the data of all staff turnover in Qinghai branch of BOC since 2012,the distribution and trend of the job and age of the brain drain are obtained.Secondly,the Price-Mueller(2000)model was selected to design the questionnaire,and the main reasons of employee turnover were analyzed through questionnaire survey results.Finally,combining with the current situation and practice,the strategy of reducing the employee turnover in Qinghai branch of BOC is put forward,that is to optimize the salary distribution mechanism,create a good enterprise culture,optimize the performance appraisal system,establish and improve the incentive mechanism,rationally plan the career development of the staff,and improve the staff training mechanism.This paper uses a more mature model of employee turnover to analyze the status quo and put forward improvement measures.It provides a coping strategy for the Qinghai branch of BOC to reduce the loss of employees and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. |
