As the financial market becomes constantly improve,it is common for banking talents to run away.The brain drain problem of China Construction Bank D Branch is serious,which results in the increase of employment cost,the decrease of work efficiency,the loss of customer resources,the decline of staff morale,the damage of bank goodwill and so on.In order to solve the problem of brain drain in D Branch,this paper based on the theory of brain drain at home and abroad analyzes the characteristics of brain drain and employee satisfaction questionnaire of D Branch in the past six years.The reasons for the brain drain of D branch are as follows:Dissatisfaction with salary and benefits,limited career development,imperfect performance management system,excessive negative incentives and lack of good corporate culture.Suggestions for the improvement of the above problems are put forward:Improve employee salary and welfare satisfaction,improve staff career planning,build a scientific and perfect performance management cycle system,grasp the scale of negative incentives and create a good corporate culture atmosphere.It provides reference for state-owned commercial banks of the brain drain.
