Research On The Problem Of Imported Food Safety Regulation In Zhejiang Province And Countermeasure

Food is the paramount necessity of the people.With the continuous development of the global trade,the imported food safety problem has become one of the focuses to the world.China,the world's largest food importer,also gradually shifts its attention from quantity to quality and safety.As a coastal developed province,Zhejiang province,is better than the less developed areas in the development of imported food safety regulation,but the overall situation is not desirable,the fraction defective of imported food is rising year by year,imported food safety problems are always appear in newspapers and on TV.Dairy products imported from New Zealand incident,Germany hairy crabs incident are fully illustrated that the imported food safety regulation at present stage is not yet mature in laws and regulatory system.This article starts from the basic concept and analyses the necessity of implementing imported food safety regulation.This paper introduces the history and current situation of the imported food safety regulatory in Zhejiang province.And it uses public management knowledge to sum up the main problems existing in the Zhejiang food safety regulatory system through analyzing current legal system and regulatory system.Refer to three countries and regions: the United States,the European Union and Japan,on the basis of their advanced experience and food safety regulatory system,put forward enlightenment to Zhejiang imported food safety regulation.In this paper,based on predecessors' research results,according to existing problems in current imported food safety regulation,putting forward some thinking and Suggestions to imported food safety regulatory mechanism through studying and exploring with the actual inspection.Zhejiang province need to perfect the laws and regulations,establish a unified information system,develop the risk control ability,promote the development of industry associations,improve traceability system and other aspects,to explore building a multi-pronged,Prevention-oriented,scientific and efficient,dynamic imported food safety regulatory model.It also should constantly adapt to the rapid developed society,meet the new needs of the times.
