Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In Zhejiang Province

Food quality and safety is closely connected with people's health,which cannot be ignored in our daily life.The economic development of our country is getting better and better,people's standard of living has improved significantly,more and more people began to pursue the quality of food,so people are becoming more and more attention to food safety.However,due to some of the domestic enterprises and merchants blind to pursuit the economic efficiency,causing a lot of unsafe food into the market and make a serious threat to the human health.They don't take the human life and health in the first place.Research on the supervision of food safety has always been a very popular item,because of its involved in many areas,such as political science,economics and food security.Thus,we can use basic knowledge of these disciplines to analysis and systematically research on the problems existing in the Zhejiang Province food safety supervision.And make the development countermeasures more perfect to achieve the purpose of the benefit of human health.This research is an important event can guarantee our people's health,which is benefit to effectively integrate strategic deployment scheme about reforming food safety supervision and administration system in the Zhejiang Province,and can provide the reality basis and train of thought for completing food safety supervision of Zhejiang Province.First of all,this paper introduce the research background,analysis the theoretical and practical significance of this study and address the research ideas and research methods.Then,make the investigation and research from the perspective of the international and domestic food safety supervision mechanism system.The author also make analysis of food safety supervision and management,and the author analyses the existing food safety law system in zhejiang province.And learn about the fundamental problems and shortcomings in food safety supervision of Zhejiang Province.Then study reasonable and effective food safety supervision mode and reasonable application in the specific supervision mechanism of Zhejiang Province.Finally make some Suggestions and thinking,including establish which system,how to improve system,crack which puzzles and so on.
