Companies need to establish a scientific and reasonable compensation system to ensure the basic material needs of employees,and promote the staff's efforts to match the development goals of the hotel.As a window service industry and labor-intensive industry,the comprehensive quality and direct performance of the staff has a direct impact on the competitiveness of the hotel.After the development of the HX hotel for five years,the problems in the compensation system have affected the continuous improvement of the hotel's competitiveness.,The improvement and optimization of the existing compensation system is of great significance to its sustainable and healthy development and is an important issue in the development of HX hotels.Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant literature on the background,purpose,significance and compensation management,and summarizes and summarizes the concepts of compensation and compensation management,broadband compensation,comprehensive compensation,incentive theory,and equity theory.It provides the theoretical guidance for the research of this paper.Through the analysis of the current situation of HX hotel compensation management,it is proposed that there are problems such as lack of incentive,single welfare system,lack of fair compensation,and lack of internal compensation.The reason for the problem is that HX Hotel lacks a scientific compensation management concept,the compensation system fails to match the development of the hotel,and the lack of clear and clear compensation system construction ideas.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward that the job value should be evaluated based on job analysis based on a clear idea of the optimization of the compensation system.Pay by determining the level of pay based on job value,increasing the space for employee pay growth with reference to the concept of broadband pay,increasing the incentive for performance pay to increase pay,granting subsidies based on employee characteristics,implementing a "buffet" welfare system,and increasing intrinsic pay.The system is optimized.At thesame time,this paper analyzes the potential difficulties in the implementation of the compensation system optimization plan,and puts forward some safeguard measures from several aspects such as organization guarantee,publicity work,and trial operation.
