At this stage, China is in a critical period of industrialization and urbanization, will also be an important stage of the design industry reform and development. Architectural design is the leading engineering construction, is the forerunner of the development of related equipment manufacturing, building materials, construction and other industries. Most of the existing architectural design company restructured from the original design institute, has failed to establish a truly modern enterprise management mechanisms, many of the deficiencies that exist in performance management, has seriously hampered the development of architectural design industries and enterprises growth. In view of this, operating status Dalian Ke Depu Architectural Design Limited Company, in-depth analysis of the company work in performance management problems and proposes targeted improvement program, we hope to enhance corporate performance management capabilities helpful.This paper consists of five chapters constitute the contents are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction. This chapter introduces the main significance of the research background and performance management of this article, this article describes the main research content and methods, and to draw a roadmap of this article. The second chapter is related to the theoretical basis of performance management. This chapter is the concept of performance management were discussed in detail, review the management control theory, organizational behavior theory, fairness preference theory and agency theory, and a detailed description of the relevant processes and performance evaluation methods of performance management. The third chapter is the status of Dalian Ke Depu Architectural Design Limited Company’s performance management analysis. This chapter describes the company’s development process, the company organizational framework and staffing structure, describes the architectural design stage, the status quo and future industry trends, performance management concluded that the Company’s stage presence is not comprehensive performance index performance management processes unscientific, performance management systems, and management attention on performance management and performance management did not play its due role and other issues.
