With the globalization of the global economy,the competition of the consumer market is becoming increasingly fierce.The competition among individual enterprises has gradually become the competition between supply chain and supply chain.As the key link of the supply chain system,the importance of the product and service provider is becoming more and more important.The supplier management has become an important part of the supply chain management strategy.The level of supply chain management is directly related to the manufacturing cost,the quality of the products and the timeliness of delivery.Therefore,the competitive direct body of the supply chain is the direct body of the supply chain.Now the management level of the supplier.How to establish the supplier management system scientifically and rationally,evaluate and select qualified suppliers objectively and establish a firm and lasting strategic partnership with suppliers is a hot issue in the research of supply chain management,and is also the key to enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.In this paper,the problem of the shortage of supplier management in Shenzhen SDMC company is taken as the research object,and the main solution is to construct the supplier management system of the company with the help of the scientific supplier management theory,to achieve a comprehensive,long-term and effective implementation of supplier management for the company's cost control and delivery management.Contribution to the promotion of quality and quality.This paper first expounds the background of the research,puts forward the research issues,research contents and methods and its significance,and summarizes the relevant theories of supply chain management and supplier management.Through the study and summary of relevant theories,the supply chain management theory and supplier management are obtained.The theory is the basis of the effective operation of the enterprise supplier management.Secondly,it introduces the research object of Shenzhen SDMC company,and focuses on the detailed description of the current situation of its supplier management.At the same time,it uses the interview method and the data access method to further understand the problems existing in the management of its suppliers and transport it.The problem is analyzed and improved with the supply chain management and supplier management theory.Again,after clarified the direction of the improvement of SDMC's supplier management,the company first classifies the suppliers,divides the core suppliers from the non core suppliers,and sets up different management strategies for the suppliers.In the process of supplier classification,the supplier performance evaluation,supplier audit and evaluation,supplier selection,etc.are used to further improve the system of the company's supplier management,and put forward specific operation methods and tools.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures of the company's supplier management system,from the company's organization.Procurement resources,procurement system and procurement process in four aspects.It is hoped that this study will promote the establishment of the company's supplier management system,improve the management level of the company,improve the overall operating efficiency of the company,reduce the cost of purchasing,improve the delivery rate,improve the customer satisfaction in all directions,and ultimately improve the overall competitiveness of the company in the set-top box industry.
