In the 21st century,with the rapid development of economic globalization and integration,the competition between enterprises is increasing day by day.The competition nowadays between enterprises is not the traditional competition of unilateral price,quality and service any more.It is the comprehensive competition of high efficiency of the overall supply chain.In order to remain in the industry's leading position,enterprise must have advanced supply chain management(Supply Chain Management)capacity since the competition between companies turns into the competition between supply chains.With the further understanding of the supply chain,more and more enterprises began to pay attention to the study of every aspect of the supply chain,and as the source of supply chain as well as the most important core competitiveness of enterprises,supplier management will impact on product cost control and quality control.As the traditional chemical construction industry,more than 60%of the cost of the product comes from the procurement of external suppliers.With the lack of market resources,monopoly or excessive competition intensified,enterprises will face the risk of raw materials price,delivery and quality instability.Therefore,the traditional supplier management model will need to be improved desperately.In order to make the improvement mentioned above,through the management of supplier relations,the enterprises can break through their own resource constraints-in addition to the simple trading relationship,enterprises and suppliers may fully cooperate in technology and innovation area.In this case,information can be shared,long-term contract can be established and transaction costs can be reduced.At the same time,under the integration of resources and complementary advantages,the comprehensive competition capability can be strengthened and enhanced.In this way,the two sides "win-win" can be achieved.That's w-hy the study of supplier relationship management has drawn more and more attention and favor of enterprises.This paper is based on the theory of supply chain management.By using theory with practice,a set of the supplier management process system for S company will be established.Through the building of supplier selection and evaluation system,qualified suppliers can be screened.Meanwhile,the establishment of a scientific,reasonable,fair and impartial supplier evaluation system will lay the foundation to help enterprises choose their long-term cooperation partners.In order to maintain long-term stable supplier relationships.companies need to establish incentives system with suppliers,by which the relationship between suppliers and enterprises can be improved.
