Human resource management has a very important impact on the output and performance of aproject.Generally speaking,betterhuman resources management tend to positively influences the project's profitability.With the popularization of such tools as internet +,big data and cloud computing,human resources management,especially human capital,is increasingly valued by companies in the field of engineering project management and is an irreplaceable driving force fortheengineering projects' development.Therefore,from both theoretical and practical views,it is necessary to further optimize the human resources in project management according to the actual conditions of each project,so that the rights of human capital bearer in the project can be fully reflected,thereby improving production efficiency and profitability.Based on the actual situation in H railway project,this paper mainly studies from a microcosmic perspective.Based on the current situation of human resource management in H-railway project,this paper presents a range of suggestions and practical strategies for human resources management optimization.First of all,aftera review of domestic and foreign research that summarizes the relevant theories of human resource management and performance evaluation,it is emphasized that human capital should be regarded as a part of enterprise property.Secondly,the general situation of H railway project(the scope,structure and composition of staff,common rules and regulations)was introduced before discussing the main problems regarding human resources in H railway project.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the compensation system and promotion system of H Railway Project,lists the overall salary management method and the average salary level of employees in the Project and illustrates the interim measures of fund management and the benefits enjoyed by employees.Fourthly,a specific plan is proposed to optimize human resource management in the H-Railway project.The traditional internal remuneration distribution is suggested to be changed and the human resource assessment systemto be improved.Great efforts should be made to solve the problems,such as the misconception of wage,disproportioninvestment,and the large income gap.The implementation of intensive production is organization advised,and KPI indicators can be a means to strengthen the responsibility of the workshop production,so as to promote the human capital structure of H-Railway project,develop the internal culture of enterprises and further enhance Human resource management performance ofthe H-Railway project.On the one hand,this research helps to boost the awarenessof human capital in the H-Railway project,solve problems such as the low compact among employees,lack of motivation and high quits rate,and improve the Project's performance by reducing operating costs.On the other hand,it is also conducive to the exploration ofhuman resources management optimization methods that can be applied to the work system of the entire railway Corporation.With suggestions on transformation,upgrade and sustainable development of human resource management in engineering projects,this will contribute to the rapid development of China's railway construction project.
