Pigeons food after extremely hard and bitter efforts,in the leisure food industry has occupied a space for one person,but with the expansion of business scale,the improvement of product quality,the original production and management mode has been unable to meet the current fierce competition in the market,pigeons food employees in urgent need of more comprehensive and scientific incentive system encourage enterprises to radiate new vitality,we need to research the new employee incentive mechanism to achieve this goal.Type and comprehensive motivation theory modified through enterprise content type,behavior,selection of leisure food enterprises local subdivision pigeons food as the research object,using the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case study,to carry on the investigation and statistics of the current incentive mechanism of pigeons food,on the problems and causes of analysis pigeons,found food current incentive mechanism and modern enterprise management incentive system there is a big gap,which is also the pigeons food led to the deep-seated causes of employee turnover,low efficiency of management,enterprises lack of vitality.This research is carried out according to the following structure: firstly,through the research background and significance of the incentive mechanism of enterprise employees,the current research situation at home and abroad is classified,summarized and summarized.Second,this paper expounds the relevant incentive concepts and incentive theory basis in detail.This paper studies the related theories,including needs hierarchy theory,expectancy theory,equity theory and comprehensive incentive theory.Third,through the investigation of the present situation of the staff motivation of pigeon and pigeon food company,the author analyzes the current incentive problems and analyzes the underlying reasons.Fourth,according to the present situation of the staff motivation of pigeon and pigeon food company,the design scheme of optimizing incentive mechanism is worked out.Through the design principle,target and train of thought,the final scheme should include various incentive systems.One is to optimize the salary structure;the two is to establish a scientific performance appraisal system;three is to strengthen the occupation career planning and management of employees;the four is to strengthen the emotional incentive to employees,the five is the introduction of equity incentive mechanism to strengthen the core staff incentive.Fifth,it puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of employee incentive mechanism,and emphasizes the implementation of the incentive mechanism of ideology,organization,enterprise culture,non-material and material guarantee.Sixth,the author summarizes the research process,conclusions and shortcomings of the study.
