| In the era of knowledge economy, the market competition is more reflected by the competition of the level of human capital, which is also the determinant of the level of technological innovation and scientific management ability, and then influences the core competitiveness of enterprises. Private small and medium manufacturing enterprises are facing the economic downturn, the market transition, the severe market competition environment. They urgently need to get a breakthrough in technological innovation and product upgrades, and devote efforts in personnel training. In particular, to stabilize the key staff, play their role in technological innovation and scientific management, and contribute to the enterprise eventually.JW Co., which is the study object, is a typical private small and medium manufacturing enterprises, we use questionnaire to develop the study. The result of the satisfaction survey in the questionnaire reflects that there are a number of problems of incentive in JW Co. To solve those problems, we suggest an improvement for the system of incentive in JW Co..This paper is divided into 6 parts:The first part is the introduction, which describes the content and significance of this research, and defines the scope of this study, and explains the practical role of key staff in the discussion.The second part is the theoretical basis of the incentive theory, and summarized the research situation at home and abroad, the research for the development of this study to lay a solid theoretical foundation.The third part of the study, the development of small and medium manufacturing enterprises in the status quo and employee turnover situation, a brief description of the key staff to more accurate and in-depth analysis of key issues, to build a more completed background and environment.The fourth part is the analysis of JW Co.’key staffs’ incentive status survey, comprehensive survey of the methods and means used in the field, to describe the specific implementation process, which reflects the scientific nature of the investigation, and thus give the results of the investigation more convincing.The fifth part is the improvement of the mechanism. Based on the satisfaction analysis, we propose an improvement mechanism.The sixth part is the conclusion and the limitations of this study. |
