State-owned economy,a pillar economy informs of asset size,tax contribution,and investent proportion,plays an important role in China's economic system.As anessential communal facility concerning national well-being and the people's livelihood,pipeline is a indispensable safeguard of national economy and the most economical connection of resource and market,with a huge development space.To fullfill pipeline enterprises' mission,it requires their staffs make a fast progress to be professional in every position,be independent of handling problems,play leading roles so that add momentum to the development of pipeline enterprices.However,our pineline enterprices face some difficulities mainly reflecting in the followings: extensive management,ineffective synergism pressure,slow change in staffs idelogy,lacking autonomous learning ability,overall quality still far from the standard and existing experts not fully play roles in work.Therefore,how to arouse staffs' enthusiasm and potential are urgent tasks in priority.In this paper,I take Lanzhou Gas Transmission Branch of CNPC as research object,studying the optimum strategy of its inner incentive system combining with motivation theory and studying the factors of staff enthusiasm.Through researches to hierarchy of needs,ERG theroy,two-factor theroy,expectation theroy and equity theory,I finally establish a theoretical model about interview and investigationof this time to Lanzhou Gas Transmission Branch and using the survey result of current staff incentive condition,I analyze and research the problems existing in salary and welfare,performance appraisal,promotion channel,spiritual motivation,etc.Some specific improvement methods are put forward accordingly.The content mainly includes six parts as below.Firstly,it has a basic introduction of research background and significance,items and techquies,ideas and frame structure.Then the functional meaning and concept of motivation will be followed.After that through document research method,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,I study the current incentive mechanism,existing problems and causes of Lanzhou Gas Transmission Branch.The next part is bringing up the principle of optimum strategy of incentive system and concrete suggestions from the aspects of salary and welfare,performance appraisal and promotion channel.Then there are some corresponding safeguard solutions.Finally,it comes to a conclusion and future expectation.
