With the increasingly fierce international competition in the oil industry,the low cost and high efficiency of products and service channels have increasingly evolved into a necessary factor for the survival and development of refined oil pipeline enterprises.Sinopec Sales Co.Ltd South China Branch is a refined oil pipeline enterprise,which undertakes the transportation of refined oil pipelines in South China.As the market demand of different cities in the Pearl River Delta region is significantly different,one pipeline is used to transport 95# gasoline,92# gasoline and 0# diesel oil.During the transportation process,oil products need to be continuously switched.Unreasonable design of switching rhythm and times leads to high mixed oil treatment costs,which leads to high transportation costs and severely limits the promotion of the company’s market competitiveness.The analysis of this thesis shows that Sinopec Sales Co.Ltd South China Branch has not optimized the Pearl River Delta pipeline transportation for a long time,because the market demand in some cities is small,resulting in a small total transportation batch.The demand for95# gasoline in different cities is quite different,resulting in that the available storage capacity of 95# gasoline cannot be fully utilized.Failure to achieve flow balance and even distribution leads to failure to distribute oil products rationally according to market demand;The short maximum oil delivery cycle leads to a series of problems such as large number of pipeline product oil transportation batches,high cost of mixed oil treatment losses and serious cost waste.How to optimize the transportation of refined oil in pipelines,control the transportation batches and reduce the cost of mixed oil treatment under the premise of meeting the market demand is of great significance to the low cost and high efficiency of the company’srefined oil pipeline transportation.Based on the above background,this thesis uses mathematical programming model to carry out optimization modeling and solution.First of all,the monthly mixed oil treatment loss cost of the Pearl River Delta pipeline product oil transportation is designed as the objective function,and the time for the first station to export three kinds of oil products is designed as the decision variable.The constraint conditions are analyzed from the aspects of the increase of oil batch quantity,the utilization of reusable storage capacity,the decrease of pipeline transportation batch quantity and the increase of the maximum oil transportation cycle time,and a nonlinear optimization model is established to minimize the mixed oil treatment loss cost.Secondly,the model is numerically solved by MATLAB tools,and the transportation scheme is obtained,which can make the oil transportation meet the market demand for the longest time,the least number of oil switching times and the least monthly mixed oil treatment loss cost.The conclusion of the thesis shows that through the above optimization,on the basis of meeting the differentiated demand of the market,the Pearl River Delta pipeline product oil transportation can realize the increase of the total quantity of three oil batches in one pipeline transportation from 58917.39 m3 to 115489.31 m3,an increase of 96.02%;Make full use of the storage capacity of 95# gasoline until the remaining reusable storage capacity of some stations falls to 0.00 m3;The oil delivery period of the pipeline can be increased from 180.00 hours to 282.68 hours,an increase of 57.04%;As a result,the transportation of refined oil in pipelines can be reduced by 1.5 batches per month,and the loss cost of mixed oil treatment can be saved by 81366.00 yuan per month.The optimization scheme in this thesis not only reduces the number of oil product switching in pipeline oil product transportation,solves the busy problem of pipeline oil product transportation in Pearl River Delta,but also greatly reduces the transportation cost of pipeline oil product,which is helpful for enterprises to improve their market competitiveness.
