Nowadays,human resources has become the most special assets of each company,the enterprise competition is increasing,the competition among companies changes from products and technology into human resources.If an enterprise expects continuous and prosperous development,it must establish a set of effective and scientific employee incentive mechanism to help company gain superior staff from human resource market and make full use of its own human resources.This paper takes Hunan 169 Chemical Co.,Ltd as objective,based on classic employee incentive mechanism theory home and abroad,points out the problems existing in the present policies,such as the disconformity between company development strategy and employee incentive mechanism;the poor effects of the present mechanism;metal excitation becomes a mere formality;no task assignment mechanism,lack of staff career planning,no encouragement section in enterprise culture and so on.This paper propose a new design to optimize the employee incentive mechanism of Hunan 169 Chemical Co.,Ltd.It derives from the company strategy and core value.Also,it provides some prediction of difficulties in the future application of the new mechanism on the basis of actual situation of Hunan 169 Chemical Co.,Ltd.This paper establishes a new frame model of Hunan 169 Chemical Co.,Ltd with three polar modules of material award,mental excitation and work motivation.It hopes to develop a set of mechanism suitable for state-owned enterprise.
