Recently, With the development of retail industry in China, more and more supermarket appear in our life. Retail industry is not only convenient to our life, but also have more contribution in GDP. With the development of Taobao and Alibaba, They make great impact to the retail business. There has a war in Taobao and retail industry, so if retail want have a great seat in the Market, They need taking efficient management and taking efficient human resource. Of course, As the most important is human resource management, Taking great human resource is very important to Company. Incentive, is very important in the human resource. In expert study, If staff have not incentive comes from company, their efficient is low, they display their ability in 20%-30%, If staff have incentive comes from company, their efficient is high, they display their ability in 80%-90%. There is a gap in them. So human resource manage must incentive their staff, If staff have high spirit, their work is finish quickly, They have great emotion, and very open, very friendly, so they will love more and more their work, and more and more love their company, The company will more and more development. So Incentive is very important in the company management.Because of incentive is very important in the company, So we have a study about G company, taking theoretical studies and case analysis. The first-line staff in G company lacks of talents and is not very high spirit, Because of they have not high incentive mechanism. Our paper focus on present G company incentive, have a analysis about G company human recourse management. Our paper focus on salary, staff training, and take a test. This paper focus on company G pay and benefits, staff incentive, staff promotion. At last, This paper brings new study and solve analysis about G company, If company want have a great development, They must give a very important in the incentive to their staff, May be have a great training to their staff, have a great salary, have a good development to their staff, The staff will have more and more to love their work, Then they will have a great result in their work, So human resource management must pay attention to incentive.
