The sustainable development of a company depends on how many talents it has and the quality of them.So many companies keep thinking the way which can develop the talent's ability,competency,and how to perform it in a higher level.On the one hand,in general is to stabilize the talents and preventing them from job-hopping.On the other hand,is to motivate them to achieve their personal goals with the development of the company.This study is based on the concept of enterprise performance management,and presenting BQ cooperation as an example.A brief analysis will be given in terms of the current situation of its performance management,then exploring the problems which they have,analyzing the causes of those problems,and finally come up with a series solutions with suitalbe protocols.Every single project has to be accomplished by the staffs in the company,and they have to take responsibility for them in terms of quality,in order to achieve the milestone of the company.The high quality of the project is not guaranteed unless the staffs' personal goals are integrated with the company's achievements.Thus,a performance management protocols which is suitable for the company not only can motivate and restrain the staff,but also can tied up the staffs' daily work and the company's goals,in order to realize the sustainable development and enhance the competitive advantage of the company.There are many weakness exist in BQ's performance management system at the moment,which leads to not only the low efficiency of execution,but also have negative impacts on the staffs in terms of motivation,creativity,and responsibility.Considering the old fashion performance management methodology,subjectivity of the annual result,and the unfairness of the salary calculation,the company is losing their talents in an irreversible way.According to the problems which stated above,BQ has to revise and improve its performance management system immediately.
