As organizations and market demand continue to change, organizational human capital play a great role in the company. HRMPs bring about a far-reaching influence on organizational performance. Domestic and foreign scholars generally believe that companies exist HRMPs. In recent years, the relationship of BHRMPs and organization performance is a hot issue.Based on the survey of domestic 193 large-medium-sized enterprises, this article uses the SPSS 17.0 software to carry out the descriptive statistics, factors analysis of HRMPs and correlation analysis, regression analysis of the variables. This reveals the relationship between the different dimensions of HRMPs and the different dimensions of organizational performance, the paper introduces two control variables of the firm size and firm age, the result show the relationship of BHRMPs and organizational performance is relatively stable, the role of different HRMPs play in the different organizational performance is different, which provides an effective way to organizational performance. Therefore, enterprises can get satisfied human resource management outcomes and perfect financial performance in the same time by optimizing the composition of HRMPs.
