As a rule,traditional performance assessment management pays more attention to human resources and takes the overall strategy and operations into little consideration,which relates less to the competitive advantages of the company and fails to suit the requirements of performance assessment management in the new era.For Chinese companies,the overall strategy should be combined with performance assessment system to explore the potentials of the staff and thus serves the strategic goals of the companies.While,in reality,sectors of companies always pursue their own interests and neglect the overall strategy,therefore,it is difficult for companies to guide the staff to improve their abilities and produce excellent performance,which eventually leads to no achievements of company's goals and reduction in benefits.This paper aims to find out the adequate performance assessment system for H Communications Company,through which the individual goals will be integrated with company's strategy to explore and improve staff's potentials and abilities,thus helps to achieve the balance between company goals and individual development and produce high performance team and company,it will further help to realize the sustainable development for the company.The paper firstly analyses the existing problems of current assessment system and methods of H Communications Company based on relevant theories like performance assessment theories and common methods of performance assessment,and then sets up a proper assessment system for staff,and apply it to the company performance appraisal through research,design,improvement.It finally offers strategic support to improve performance assessment methods for H Communications Company.And hopes to provide useful reference for H Communications Company to enhance it's core competition abilities.
