Electric power system reform is an inevitable process,the reform will have many aspects of impact to the entire power system,undoubtedly,it will impact operation of power supply business enormously.Changes in the operating environment requires power supply enterprises establish a modern marketing concept and a corresponding marketing system,to obtain a large competitive advantage in the new environment.To understand the characteristics of the power customers,Analysis of the behavior of power customers is necessary.Insight into the individual needs of customers to provide a differentiated services.Firstly,this paper based on the new demands that new electric change puts forward for electricity market in China's,on the basis of relevant theories,the DY power supply company's existing marketing situation has carried on the comprehensive analysis,the analysis including present situation analysis,environment analysis,customer behavior analysis and SWOT analysis,etc.In order to identify the DY company's opportunities,threats,strengths,weaknesses,etc.in the aspects of political,economic,social and the others.These analysis are laying the foundation for company's marketing strategies.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of electric power marketing of DY electric power supply company,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy.These strategies include customer segmentation strategy,product strategy,promotion strategy,electricity price strategy and channel strategy,aims to strengthen its marketing strategy and keep loyal customers,excavate the potential customers,expand market share,enhance the competitiveness of the company.Then,from the enterprise economic benefit,internal marketing and customer service satisfaction aspects,this paper designs the corresponding evaluation index system.Finally,in order to evaluate the effect of electric power marketing strategy of DY electric power supply company,this paper put forward a evaluation model based on G1 method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.It is conclude that the effect of diversification strategy is well through the evaluation results.This is means that the diversification strategy is more suitable for DY company's development.
