With the ever developing and changing environment of market economy,more and more companies have been established,and they have become increasingly large,thus competition getting fierce.What every company faces is how to gain advantage in such an environment.Therefore,with the development of knowledge economy,human resources are highlighted at present economic stage.An Increasing number of companies have realized the importance and strategic significance of human resources in promoting performance and competitive power.The business philosophy of many managers has been transformed from profit-oriented to human-oriented.If the employees are satisfied,their loyalty to the company and sense of identity would be increased and their morale would be boosted.So,they would take the initiative in doing their job and better serve the customers and society,helping creating more profit.From this perspective,trying to raise the degree of employee satisfaction and improve management scientifically and reasonably has become one of the strategies taken by modernized enterprises in promoting competitive power.This paper takes the employees of Chengdu NY Company as subjects,studies their degree of satisfaction through questionnaire and interview.Based on the investigation,it also makes some suggestions in promoting the employees' degree of satisfaction.First,the paper discusses the research background and theoretical development of employee satisfaction.Then it displays that a questionnaire was developed according to theoretical study and the practical situation of Chengdu NY Company,and the investigation was carried out.Finally,based on the survey results,the paper puts forward suggestions in improving factors that affect employee satisfaction such as rewards,work environment,work group,business management and enterprise operation.The study is meant to offer effective strategies for Chengdu NY Company to promote its employee satisfaction,so that the company can improve management level,attract more talents,reduce brain drain and maintain stable development in fierce market competition.
