Enterprise Human Resources Management is facing an unprecedented challenge brought by the globalization of knowledge economy. It is of great necessity for enterprises to study how to maximum the power of human resources to create profit for the enterprise. Employee satisfaction directly affects work attitude and work performance. A survey into the satisfaction of knowledge employees can help enterprises decide how to effectively motivate staff, reduce staff turnover rate, and enhance staff loyalty, thus improve the overall performance.Based on related theories of knowledge talents and staff satisfaction, the present research aims to investigate the satisfaction of knowledge talents in Huaqiang Supply Chain Co. through the integrated use of a survey research and statistical analysis. For the questionnaire design, nine dimensions of knowledge staff satisfaction were designed according to the index of job satisfaction scale and the present situation at Huaqiang Supply Chain Co. After the questionnaire was implemented, data were collected and analyzed through statistical analysis. The results show that the significant factors which affect employee satisfaction are training and career, compensation and benefits, corporate culture, and leadership. Finally, the results were discussed and targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve employee satisfaction. The present survey can improve not only the staff loyalty and sense of belonging, but also work efficiency and enterprise reputation for the company to gain an impregnable position in the intense market competition. The present research will have great guiding significance for the future development of Huaqiang Supply Chain Co. and at the same time provide strategic reference for enhancement of knowledge staff satisfaction for enterprises in our country.
