Benefiting from the state policies,the Safety & Security Industry will achieve constant and rapid development in the near future.In such high-tech industry which information and technology are constantly updated,enterprises must take full advantage of the enthusiasm and creativity of R&D personnel,to gain sustainable competitive advantage.The incentive of R&D personnel,who is the mainstay of technological innovation,has thus drawn the attention of enterprise administrators.This paper reviews classic incentive theory,and bases on the study on incentive of Knowledge workers of domestic and foreign scholars,to carry out the research on the incentive of R&D personnel in Weide company.Firstly,this paper sums up the status quo of incentive measures in Weide company,and analyses the existing problems.Secondly,studies the main needs of R&D personnel from their working and personality characteristics;researches on R&D personnel’s cognition and perception of incentive factors by interview.According to the difference between cognition and perception,considering the impact of varied background of R&D personnel on the cognition of incentive factors,this paper proposes effective incentive measures for the main personnel.In addition,the paper also takes into account of the impact of enterprise nature and scale,on R&D personnel’s cognition of incentive factors.
