The 21st century humanities have already entered the time which the knowledge takes the leading status, the knowledge has been gradually substituting for the element of production of traditional-capital, labor and land has become the most main resources of enterprise.The research and development has a close correlation with the intelligence in the entire process as a special intelligence activity, the goal is to realize the economic value through study the principle and method of solving the question,and to realize the economic value through transform the product by the development. Said from the significance, the research and development is a knowledge shift of sharing process. It is important to the research and development team that enhance sharing achievements through the drive. The traditional strategy to drive the staff is decided under the premise of"the capital hires the work"in the anticipation of"fixed to the contract stipulation or the fluctuation", the non-core human capital owner is not equally participate in the organization rent the assignment standing in the enterprise property right disposition highly as the same as the core human capital owner.The tradition drive theory obviously isn't adapt the demand of high-tech enterprise R&D knowledge sharing,so it's urgent to concide the characteristic of the knowledge sharing,and enhance the drive manner,at last improve the achievement.The traditional drive theory and method is obviously already difficult to adapt the research of high-tech enterprise knowledge sharing drive question ,therefore it was urgent to enhance sharing achievements through the unify the characteristic of knowledge sharing and enlarge the manner of drive manner.This article embarks from the knowledge sharing process model, then finds out the influence factor and the barriers of the sharing,and emphasizes the premise of the drive demand,only the demanded is exsited,the drive is possible. In the foundation of the union demand theory in the view of the characteristic of knowledge carrier, analyzes its demand essential factor .Under the basic, the article carries on the drive design, and introduces the drive model in order to incent the R&D of the high-tech enterprise. Finally propose the correlate drive manner.In the demonstration, first extract the principal element from the positive sample through the factor analysis, then discusses the influence factor and the reasonable of the drive design through the correlation analysis. We think that the knowledge source, the sharing situation, the knowledge acceptor are all the important factors which affect the sharing achievements, simultaneously obtains the conlusion through the real diagnosis: the influence of recessive drive based on the study, the growth and each kind of non-material essential factor is bigger than based on the material reward dominant drive to the achievements.
