LL company is engaged in smart city construction.It is a typical technology intensive enterprise.In recent years,with the continuous development of the company's size,the company's human resources management problems are gradually highlighted,especially the lack of effective incentives for R&D personnel leads to low employee motivation,making R&D personnel satisfaction low become the main problem facing the company.Therefore,how to solve the problem of insufficient effective incentives,research on incentive mechanism for R&D personnel has become the focus of the company.Firstly,this paper combs the literature about R&D personnel incentive research at home and abroad,and expounds the related concepts of R&D personnel and incentive theory.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of employee incentive in LL company,and concludes that the current incentive mechanism of LL company does not attach enough importance to R&D personnel,the incentive means are single,the performance appraisal system is imperfect,and the lack of career management.In order to understand the demand of R&D personnel in LL company,the paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the satisfaction degree of R&D personnel incentive factors in LL company.The higher degree of dissatisfaction is salary,welfare,bonus,career,training.The problems of LL company R & D personnel incentive mechanism are summarized into three aspects.Finally,combining the incentive theory with the actual situation of LL company,this paper constructs the incentive mechanism model of R&D personnel in LL company,and gives specific incentive measures and supporting measures.This paper has a direct guiding role for LL company to understand the incentive status of R&D personnel and formulate targeted improvement measures,and also has a reference value for other technology-based enterprises.
