As the economy continues to grow,the increasing consumers demand for products,the problems of rapid speed of products launching and high level of innovation of products which request for higher demands and challenge for self-improvement,innovation ability and inn er drive of Research & Developm nt personnel are getting obvious.It is imperative to inspire the motivation and innovation ability of R&D personnel.T he independent R&D in China is still in its infancy,and the incentive system for R&D personnel should be improved and perfected.Given that incentives include subjective factors,conservative compensation incentives are not mature strategies.Immateria l incentives and frequent incentives appear to be especially important.This paper aims to establish characters of R&D personnel and current status of incentive modes of R&D enterprises in China,which give an important realistic meaning to inspire the R&D personnel motivation and innovation enthusiasm.On the basis of plenty of documents research on incentive schemes of R&D personnel at home and abroad,through analyzing the current status of Chinese R&D personnel,this paper summarizes the problems of cur rent R&D incentive modes in China and points out the insufficiency of enterprises attention,incentive systems and incentive means.Through a comprehensive analysis of the R&D incentive process,this paper discusses the mechanism of R&D incentive process,and deeply studies the influent factors from six aspects including enterprise system support,frequently incentive,incentive effect evaluation criterion,non-bonus incentive system,customized incentive system and honor incentive system.At the same time,in order to scientifically evaluate R&D personnel incentive process,at the basis of theoretical election of relevant evaluation indicators,this paper establishes R&D incentive evaluation indicators system by case studies,questionnaire,comparative studies,on-site interviews and other research methods.This paper takes a Shenzhen enterprise as an example to analyze the current status of R&D enterprises.Combined with incentive evaluation indicators,the feasibility and validity of incentive optimize mo des are verified.At the same time,the corresponding policy suggestions of personnel process are put forward.
