Since the reform and opening up,Chinese economy has the rapid development, but the problem of farmers' income is still severe.Although the income level of farmers increased, the growth rate has declined and the current rural development mode is very difficult to change the existing situation. In this case,in order to realize the rapid growth of farmers' income,we must choose the urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization coordinated development this road, take "people" as the core and improve the production integration of the city,to achieve agricultural modernization quickly,in order to improve the current situation of farmers' income and increase the farmers' income. This article first studied the status quo of China's production-city integration, and fo und that: China's integration of production and cities has been declining year by year fro m 2006 to 2015,and there is a spatial difference. From the western region to the central r egion to the eastern region, the degree of integration between cities and cities gradually i ncreases. From small cities of type II to large cities of type I,as the size of cities increase s,the degree of integration between cities and towns gradually increases;from city I to la rge cities, the degree of integration between cities and towns gradually decreases as the si ze of cities increases. It is necessary to map out applications to promote the development of small cities and to control the development of large cities, especially megacities.Seco ndly, the article studies the current situation of increasing peasants' income in China and f inds that the overall level of Chinese peasant income is increasing.Farmers' income grow th rate has been accelerating from 2006 to 2010,and farmers' income growth has slowed down from 2010 to 2015.There are spatial differences in peasants' income increase rate i n different regions. The performance of the farmers in the western region was faster than that in the central region, and the income growth of farmers in the central region was low er than in the eastern region. Finally, based on the theory of coordinated development of urbanization, industrialization, and agricultural modernization, and the theory of urban-ru ral duality structure, the article proposes that the integration of production and production can be better achieved by increasing consumer demand for agricultural products, acceler ating the transfer of rural surplus labor, promoting the development of rural industries,an d stimulating agricultural modernization. To increase farmers' income. This paper uses pr ovincial panel data of 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China from 2006 to 2015 to apply a fixed effect model to statistically and empirically analyze the i ncome-increasing effects of the integration of cities and towns, and to use data from 284 prefecture-level cities in China.Conducting a robustness test, the following conclusions a re drawn: The effect of the integration of production and cities between 2006 and 2015 o n the increase of farmers' income is not obvious. However,a phased study finds that the i mpact of the integration of production and cities between 2006 and 2010 on farmers' inco me is not significant, and that the integration of city and city in 2010-2015 has the effect of increasing farmers' income. The reason is that due to the financial crisis, the company layoffs are severe, resulting in The employment of peasants is difficult,it is difficult for t he surplus labor force to realize the transfer, and the development of agricultural moderni zation is slow, which makes it difficult for farmers to increase their income.Further empi rical studies have found that the integration of production and production mainly promot es the increase of farmers' income by raising wage income and family operating income. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research,it is proposed to speed up the development of industrialization, increase the level of industrialization, modernization of agriculture, and the development of modern service industries, provide industrial support for cities, limit the emergence of “ghost towns”,and increase the load-bearing capacity of cities and towns by adjusting the urban layout. The radiation power of cities and towns will increase the level of urbanization development, promote the coordinated development of industrialization and urbanization, and promote spatial integration to achieve a high degree of integration between cities and towns, thereby stimulating farmers to increase income.
