With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,competition among banks is more intense.Moreover,this competition is not limited to the aggressive trend from the traditional banking market.The online banking industry has also joined the competition.Among them,because of its strong vitality in the banking market competition,the personal loan business has become the focus of competition and the "battleground" of the same industry.However,for a long period of time,customers are not very aware of the bank's service quality,and bank staff have complained about the annual indicators of personal loan business.In order to fundamentally solve the above problems and ensure the steady development of bank personal loan business,personal loans to banks are needed.Reengineering and accurate analysis of business processes.Based on an in-depth analysis of X Bank's personal loan business process,this article finds that X Bank's personal loan business process has the following major problems,such as low administrative management efficiency,lack of market competitiveness,and no breakdown of customer group demand.The design of the process is not scientific and reasonable,the operation efficiency of the loan process is not high,and the degree of informatization is low.In this paper,after the analysis of X Bank personal loan business process,the optimization design is carried out.Through the distinction between individual loan customers and business types,combined with the specific characteristics of business processes to implement optimization,for example,adhere to the customer as the core,and continuously improve the loan efficiency;process optimization should focus on the overall situation and reasonable allocation of resources and so on.With the introduction of the "Popular Entrepreneurial Innovation" policy,the development of small and micro enterprises has been swift and violent.The micro-enterprise loan business has become one of the core businesses of bank personal loans.Through the exploration of the status quo of bank personal loan business processes,the The optimization of the development of some feasible countermeasures and suggestions is the main research objectives of this article.
