Since joining the WTO, China’s rapid economic development since social,financial markets gradually opening to the outside world, to welcome morecompetition and challenge, but also ushered in more development opportunities. Theprosperity of economy, people life level also rises gradually, hands have more money,more and more people will this part of the money in the bank. Because now bank hasnot just savings for the customer, but also a place financial investment places. Bankshave their own investment banking sector, the products are homogeneous, all ismonetary operations. In this case, how to different, in competition with thecompetition, the lead, in the competition advantage position, became every bankponder unceasingly reflection of problems.Banks with its competitors in the service is the fundamental difference betweeneach unique business process. The bank is service enterprise, the customer is theenterprise survive at all. Establish efficient, thoughtful, to customer satisfaction as thecore business bank guarantee for processing flow, and is the key of their corecompetitive ability.This paper takes the business process reengineering, a bank as an example todiscuss in practice Banks concrete implementation business process reengineeringprocess should pay attention some questions. Bank recreating the concept originatedin the1980s, when there was a lot of enterprise, reengineering, some have got atremendous success, while others but increasingly difficult. There are many reasonsfor the failure of top leaders, such as not enough attention, the information technologyusing not fully, the organization establishment is not reasonable, employees’ lack ofenthusiasm. In the enterprise of success, they have common characteristics. All of theentire enterprise is are confident and reinventing enthusiasm, believe that moderninformation technology strength, and make full use of it, take the customer as the center, lets the agency adaptation process rather than process adapting mechanism.In this paper, the main points of the writing four parts. The first part, mainlyelaborated the background and significance of subject, both at home and abroad,related research situation. The second part is mainly used in the article sometheoretical knowledge, were introduced analyzes chose these theory as the basis ofreason. The third part is the data acquisition and processing, as well as the designrelated questionnaire, to provide practical data reengineering to support. The last partis to process reengineering, main link: first to existing process flow diagramflashbacks,5W1H analysis, and using flow analysis, find out the defects of existingprocesses for these shortcomings, and designed the new process. Finally, for the newprocess efficiency inspection.
