Along with the development of national social market economy, the financial industry is also growing prosperity. The bank now is not just people, but also people of savings to place the place, investment and financing of the personal financial management business to the bank for more and more people, personal banking increasingly hot. Personal banking in the banking business and the proportion of the larger and more attention by the bank. Leaders are put forward four done to their personal banking do domestic first goal. However, each big done personal banking species is about the same, how to reflect their advantages, it needs to have its unique business processing flow, and establish a customer for honour, consider for the customer everywhere efficient business process, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the bank itself, thus in the fierce competition in the market favors the invincible position.This paper mainly studies the personal banking business reengineering for overall bank optimized, recycling began in the 1980s, a lot of Banks are implemented reengineering, a successful case listed also have failed. But for personal banking business process reengineering research has no one done related research, this paper tentative will bank rebuilding of related theory and business process reengineering thoughts, applied to the personal banking service of process reengineering. Personal banking belong to only a branch of overall bank business, but its importance is higher and higher, its are directly from your customers window, is a bank external image logo. This paper mainly points four chapters discuss personal banking business to optimize the process reengineering. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly speak article expatiates the background and significance, choose the topic is very realistic, optimization of the existing procedures to improve the efficiency of the business for business, shorten processing time, shorten the customer waiting time and improve customer satisfaction, this series are very realistic. Then the related research reviewed the literature, this paper expounds the nearly 30 years of research at home and abroad, introduces the theory from bank reengineering to development to mature gradually the whole process. Finally taken this paper writing table thought, structure and framework.The second chapter is related theory analysis. Research bank business process reengineering, there are many theories, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In order to choose the suitable method is studied in this paper, the theory, of various methods are analyzed. For this paper expounds its practical value, and final this paper tries to choice theory method. The first step is to determine the process reengineering optimum target, to indicate the direction for business process optimization. Yet sure process reengineering objectives each scholar has its own views, in this contrast analyzed each scholars views, integrated its respective advantages, sure in this article process optimization goal. In fact is modeled on process of choice, flow tool mainly used to analyzing existing modelization tools, find out the process of existing problems convenient later process optimization. But this article USES the by time and customer satisfaction based process reengineering effect assessment.
