| In the face of increasingly complex economic environment, banking industry in country increasingly realize that business process reengineering play the important role of the bank of improving the core competitive ability,.Commercial banks promot the business process reengineering to the strategic level, begin to take the customer as the core concept, with products as the carrier, supported by science and technology. There are many problems in the process reengineering of personal loan business in Bank of china Gansu branch such as management ability, technical skills, personnel consciousness and so on.As the research object in this paper, the analyze have three part. The first part is that based on business process reengineering theory and the basic concept of bank loan business process, it use comparative analysis method where come from the aspects of resource input, to analyze process set, organization and management of the bank loan business process,to find problems existing in the BOC Gansu branch personal loan business process.The second part is on the basis of the theory of business process reengineering theory and financial innovation, in order to improve the efficiency and enhance market competitiveness,it set up a personal loan business process model and six sigma process standards,determine the method of business process implementation and evaluation, in order to make the standardization of the loan business process and improve the production efficiency of the business process.
