The traditional business of commercial Banks has been impacted by the narrowing spread between deposits and loans,financial disinter mediation and rapid development of Internet finance.In order to achieve sustainable development and meet challenges,xi 'an branch of bank A has actively changed its development concepts and ideas.In order to establish a market-oriented,customer-centric management system and business philosophy,to improve the loan business process system.Personal loan business as A bank's core business in xi 'an branch in order to realize to retail Banks has A key role in the process of transformation,in the process of the construction and reform of the foundation platform,institutions set unreasonable,post-loan management means to ascend,lack of advanced information technology application,issue such as difference of process standardization degree is not enough,customer satisfaction,constantly exposed,long forming process levels,heavy and complicated and inefficient service,the traditional process of product homogeneity,has hindered the development of business,in order to change plight,A bank through the introduction of the process reengineering theory,the traditional process of continuous improvement,Explore and practice the business process improvement of personal loan,continuously improve the traditional process,and provide a foundation for its steady and rapid improvement of its profitability and comprehensive strength.In this paper,literature analysis,comparative analysis,case analysis and other methods are used to study the improvement of personal loan business process of xi 'an branch of A bank.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the personal loan process of xi 'an branch of A bank and the reasons for them.Secondly,it proposes to deeply infiltrate new information technology into the business process,improve the personal loan process of xi 'an branch of A bank,and design an improvement plan.Third,through the implementation of the improvement plan,take safeguard measures to cooperate with the problems.Finally,the company aims to reduce internal operational risks,improve work quality and efficiency,and enhance market competitiveness,so as to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic goal of retail transformation.
