| In today’s market economy high speed development, the government departments to keep pace with The Times, constantly explore new methods of developing the economy. But due to the special background, complex composition, in the aspect of internal management, performance evaluation or assessment and evaluation index system, exists in the government service consciousness is not strong, staffs work enthusiasm is not high, insufficient internal performance evaluation system of scientific problems, staff promotion, appraisal, training mechanism is not fully established, these have hindered the improvement of the organization in terms of comprehensive strength.This paper by QJXC enterprise service center as the research object, through the analysis of human resource performance evaluation theory and practice, discuss the application of performance evaluation in this kind of organization. In this paper, adopting the research methods of science, and find out the current problems of the organizational performance appraisal system, starting from QJXC enterprise service center itself characteristic, in combination with the organization’s strategic objectives, build a scientific performance evaluation system, to a new type of enterprise organization improve the efficiency of internal management, provides the reference for the development of more healthy.This paper puts forward that, in view of QJXC service center of enterprise organization structure and work content, personnel composition, should respectively by department and staff as a unit for evaluation, evaluation of process to the examination content, examination index and weight proportion, attaches great importance to the multi-angle evaluation, in order to reflect the real working performance effect.
