Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Zhangqiu

Poverty has always been an important problem for human survival and development.Although China has paid great attention to the rural poverty alleviation issue in recent years,and has invested a lot of money and power,the poverty population is relatively large based on the current population.According to data released by the national bureau of statistics,the number of poor people in China is still up to 59 million by the end of 2017,accounting for more than 81 percent of the rural poor.President xi jinping has made it clear that poverty alleviation and development as the first centenary goal of the Chinese nation is the most arduous task.To build a well-off society in an all-round way at present in our country are facing an important task of the goal,is "not a man left behind" and "completed" there is a direct relationship between,thus it can be seen,"precision poverty alleviation" has become a national strategy.Taking zhangqiu district as an example,this paper studies the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas.In the research process,application to the literature analysis,field research method and questionnaire survey,combined with the concrete and the participation theory,public policy theory and information asymmetry theory and related theory,summarizing the current chapter grave area rural poverty alleviation present situation and existing problems on the basis of accurately,targeted countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Study found that the current chapter grave area in poverty alleviation and the practice of precision has achieved remarkable results,preliminary constructed out of poverty a crucial target management mechanism,realize the precise poverty alleviation resources management as a whole,and formation mechanism of the witness.Specific to the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation,in the aspect of precision identification,it is necessary to make adjustments in the recognition process,and the information of poor households is difficult;In the aspect of precision help,although the help is more powerful,the project progress and operation efficiency are not high,resulting in low overall satisfaction.Chapter grave area in precise poverty alleviation policy implementation process there exist many problems,such as poor cognitive object thought does not reach the designated position,accurate recipients of difficulties,precise poverty alleviation policy failed to further implementation,support measures formalization,lack of precise poverty relief team construction,etc.According to the above problem,chapter grave area should be optimized recipients,and precisely implement poverty alleviation for the poor precision and identification policy,this paper analyzes the reasons of poverty as well as strengthening the troop of the precise poverty alleviation efforts,etc.Through this study,we can improve and supplement the theoretical research on targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas,and also provide reference for the formulation of rural targeted poverty alleviation policy.
