Research On Financial Precision Poverty Alleviation In Ruzhou Rural Commercial Bank

Today's world is developing rapidly,but there are still many worldwide problems hindering global development,one of which is poverty.In recent years,with the step-by-step deepening of the poverty alleviation battle,China's poverty alleviation work has achieved a phased victory,and has entered the key stage of "targeted poverty alleviation".In this stage,the poverty alleviation strategy is different from the previous one.Compared with the previous poverty alleviation measures,the financial poverty alleviation strategy focuses on how to help the poor get rid of poverty completely,and can benefit each other with enterprises So as to meet the needs of poverty alleviation in this stage.First of all,this paper studies the research background and significance of financial targeted poverty alleviation,as well as the research status at home and abroad,then analyzes the relevant theoretical basis and experience,and summarizes the poverty alleviation theories at home and abroad,including the "vicious circle of poverty" theory,the "unbalanced growth" theory,and the "rural financial market" theory.At the same time,based on the analysis of the current situation of social and economic development in the poverty-stricken areas of Ruzhou City,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of financial "targeted poverty alleviation" by rural commercial banks of Ruzhou City,including: insufficient poverty alleviation effect;poverty alleviation loans need to be improved;imperfect risk compensation mechanism;insufficient poverty alleviation information sharing;imperfect incentive system,and the reasons for these problems This paper makes an in-depth discussion,and makes a specific SWOT data analysis on the current situation of financial "targeted poverty alleviation" of rural commercial banks in Ruzhou City,Henan Province.After combining the experience of poverty alleviation at home and abroad,this paper also evaluates the efficiency of financial "targeted poverty alleviation" of rural commercial banks in Ruzhou city.In the evaluation process,it mainly uses DEA method,Malmquist index method,DEA Malmquist method applicability analysis to analyze the poverty alleviation efficiency of the bank,and concludes that the current financial "targeted poverty alleviation" work efficiency of rural commercial banks in Ruzhou city is low,but still low The conclusion that there is a large space for progress puts forward suggestions for Ruzhou rural commercial bank to adjust the assessment method of financial "targeted poverty alleviation" within the bank,strengthen the construction of credit investigation system jointly with government departments,cultivate the credit awareness of the poor,and implement the supporting policies as soon as possible.Finally,combined with the analysis of these problems,as well as the experience analysis of financial poverty alleviation at home and abroad,this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions of financial targeted poverty alleviation of Ruzhou agricultural and commercial banks,including: the unity of professional personnel training and coordination departments;the improvement of poverty alleviation related mechanisms;the acceleration of industrial economy and poverty alleviation integration;the construction of reward and punishment mechanisms and implementation of inspections;the improvement of internal control and the enhancement of credit income.I hope to contribute a little to the financial "targeted poverty alleviation" work of Ruzhou agricultural and commercial bank.
