| Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core,has attached great importance to the development of China’s anti-poverty work,and has made poverty alleviation a baseline goal and a landmark target for building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.At the 19 th National Congress of the Party,in particular,we made it clear to us that by 2020,the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty and will be determined to win the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.We will raise targeted poverty alleviation and solve the problem of rural poverty to a new level that will consolidate the Party’s ruling foundation,maintain long-term peace and stability in the country,and build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.However,due to the influence of historical,natural and economic factors,China is characterized by a high degree of poverty and a high degree of difficulty in eradicating poverty in the poor areas,especially in rural and pastoral areas,which makes it more difficult to fight poverty.This is the key and difficult point of China’s poverty eradication.It poses a serious challenge to ensure economic and social development,maintain social harmony and stability,and build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is located in the northern part of China,with vast geographical space and many ethnic minorities.It is an important agricultural and animal husbandry region in China.The problem of poverty in inner Mongolia is mostly concentrated in the vast rural pastoral areas,and the income growth of the poor population is slow and single.The problem of poverty has become a short plate that restricts the economic and social health development in inner Mongolia,which affects the harmony and stability of the region to a certain extent.Taking the targeted poverty alleviation in the rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth study of the theoretical origin,connotation definition,significance and principles of the targeted poverty alleviation through field investigation,literature analysis and other research methods,combinedwith the practice of the targeted poverty alleviation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.This paper finds out the problems existing in the precision poverty alleviation work in the rural pastoral areas of inner Mongolia and their reasons,explores the precise poverty alleviation paths and countermeasures in accordance with the actual conditions in inner Mongolia,and puts forward practical ideas and countermeasures for poverty alleviation in ethnic areas and building a well-off society in an all-round way. |
