With the development of economic globalization in twenty-first Century,China is the second largest economy in the world,the overall development trend of the national economy is good.The strategic cooperative partnership between China and the ASEAN countries has been gradually clarified,and the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is built for the economic development of Guangxi,and the investment scale of the foundation construction is increasing continuously.The structure of the project is gradually diversified,which provides a good opportunity for the development of the construction companies.But China's construction industry supervision is increasingly strict,the competition is increasingly fierce and the profit level is not high,the buyer's bargaining power is strong,the enterprise can not improve the competitive advantage by simply relying on reducing the cost of labor and the cost of raw materials.It is the urgent task for the enterprise to choose and scientifically formulate the competitive strategy suitable for its own development,improve the core competitive strength of the enterprise and promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.Based on the related theories of competitive strategy management and the use of common analytical tools such as PEST analysis,Potter's five force model and SWOT analysis,WJ municipal construction company is taken as the research object.By analyzing the external environment,industry environment and internal environment of the research object,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the enterprise are summed up.It clarifies the strategic objectives of enterprises,and chooses a differentiated competitive strategy suitable for enterprises.WJ municipal construction company,founded in February 14,2011,is a professional branch of Guangxi WJ.Since its establishment,its performance has been steadily rising,the cumulative output value of 4 billion 200 million,the cumulative total of 9 billion 800 million of the total undertaking.WJ municipal construction company has the advantages of high brand awareness,advanced management system,good group platform and public relations,but it also has the disadvantages of unreasonable market layout,limited customer resources and lack of scientific research ability.The company should seize the opportunity of the market,make full use of its own advantages,and expand the market share.At the same time,facing the existing threats and shortcomings,the company needs to formulate scientific competition strategy and safeguard measures,so as to achieve the rapid development of the company.Combined with the macro environment,industry characteristics,its own characteristics and competitors,the differential strategy is chosen as the competitive strategy of the company,and the enterprise brand,construction quality,construction safety,technology innovation and marketing are different,through brand management,quality safety,marketing and technology.Innovation and human resources ensure the smooth implementation of competitive strategy and the realization of strategic objectives.The research results of this paper have practical guiding significance for WJ municipal construction company to expand market share,improve core competitiveness,enhance the ability to resist risk,maintain competitive advantage and sustainable development of enterprises.At the same time,I hope that the research and conclusion of this paper can also be used for reference in the strategic management and enterprise development of other municipal construction enterprises.
