With the deepening of reform and opening up and accelerating urbanization gradually, our country’s real estate industry has been booming which making the overall size expand gradually, The property demand of consumer is more diverse and expectations of falling prices increases. Influenced by national macroeconomic regulation and control policy, the bank credit risk has increased constantly. HL Real-estate Company as medial-sized enterprise in Qingyuan city, faced with economic restructuring and the double pressure of market competition, to adjust the original competition strategy and business strategy and adapt to the current development trend.Based on relevant theoretical knowledge to support enterprise strategy, and use the combination of current situation and qualitative analysis method to study HL Real estate Company. First, on the basis of briefly introduce the development strategy and development of this company, using matrix EFE external environment to analyze and evaluate the current macro environment of real estate industry. Secondly, using the five models to analysis the real estate industry competition structure, elaborated it resources access and the ability to planning and operation management. Thirdly,based on SWOT analysis, it puts forward HL real estate companies choose the superiority and necessity of implementing differentiation competitive strategy. Finally,from the preparation before differentiation strategy, implement the specific solutions and after the implementation of the evaluation and improvement are described, and advise the company to guarantee in expanding the financing channels, strengthening human resources management, standardize business processes and improve the marketing strategy, etc.
