| In recent years,in the process of agricultural industrialization,the adjustment of agricultural production structure and the improvement of agricultural comprehensive production capacity have become the new trend of agricultural economic development.Many agricultural enterprises improve variety structure,optimize regional distribution,develop characteristic agriculture,comply with the current development model,enrich the local agricultural resources structure,increase the income of enterprises.In the face of fierce competition in the market,while grasping the development opportunities,characteristic agricultural enterprises need to formulate effective competition strategies,develop regional advantages and preferential resources,in order to produce characteristic agricultural products that can adapt to the current market fine division of labor and social consumption demand,so that the superior products can be transformed into enterprises’ own competitiveness,and realize the business requirements of enterprises’ strategic adjustment and transformation and upgrading,on a sustainable development path of circular economy.As the representative form of characteristic agricultural enterprises in north China,facility vegetable bank is still in the mode of small,scattered and extensive production.As a new leading enterprise,H company mainly deals with vegetable planting and seedling growing,which has been developing rapidly in recent years.However,due to the single marketing model and lack of management system,its competitiveness is declining.This paper takes the H characteristic agricultural company as the research object,analyzes the internal and external management environment in the development process,and makes an in-depth study on the differentiation competitive strategy choice of the company.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign materials on competitive strategy and differentiation strategy,and supported by relevant theories,this paper uses PEST analysis theory,five-force model,SWOT analysis,etc.,this paper studies the factors that affect the operating environment of h company,combining with the questionnaire survey of the employees at all levels of h company,and concludes that the most suitable strategy for improving the company’s competitiveness at present is the differentiated competition strategy,in order to promote the overall development of the vegetableindustry,different measures have been taken in four areas: Standard Production,income-generating through science and Technology,leisure agriculture and service system,and in the organization,Manpower,technology,marketing,brand five aspects to give the implementation of security,hope to further enhance the company’s competitiveness,at the same time for other homogeneous agricultural enterprises to provide a certain reference. |
