Facing the increasingly fierce market competition,the enterprise wants to keep the core competitiveness and vitality,talent is the most crucial and important resource.Enterprise operators are well aware of the importance of human resources,and increasing emphasis on the introduction and development of talented people.Even so,under the influence of factors such as salary,career development,market environment,these matters continue to haunt the company,such as low employee loyalty,lack of high-quality talent,low job performance,lack of team capability.Only by making full use of incentive mechanisms could the enterprise mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,maintain the satisfaction of employee,and improve the overall competitiveness.To analyze the problems in depth existing in the enterprise incentive mechanism,and how to adjust the incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff,it is a strategic issue which is urgent to be resolved for the enterprises.According to hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory,equity theory,goal setting theory and other motivation theories,the paper adapts literature search,case research,questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis so as to make an in-depth research on the determining factor of the employee satisfaction.From current condition and character of employee's motivation in YT English training institution,the paper analyzes the employees' predilection for motivator,and find out the staff's reality internal need and the reason of inappropriate place on personnel encouragement by salary administration,enterprise culture,performance management,and career development management.Accordingly,the article proposes the remedy of employee motivation in YT English training institution.Firstly,establish external competitive and internally equitable salary system.Secondly,construct enterprise culture system and effective performance management system.Third,emphasize staff training and employee career management.Therefore,the enterprise keeps on developing,meanwhile,to achieve the physical and spiritual needs of employee,maximizing employee motivation,to enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging,to maintain relative stability in personnel,thereby improving the competitiveness of enterprise and promoting sustainable development.The article consists of seven parts,includes preface,the literature review at home and abroad,the general status of enterprise,the status of employee motivation,employee motivator analysis,excitation mechanism improvement,consequent conclusion.
