Study On The Effect Of Industry Transfer On Industrial Structure Optimization

In the era of economic globalization,product production is deployed worldwide,making the transfer of industries a common phenomenon in the development of the international economy.Since China's reform and opening up,it has actively accepted the transfer of industries from developed countries and has significantly promoted the economic development of the eastern coastal areas of China.In recent years,due to changes in factor prices in the eastern part of China,industries have gradually shifted to the central and western regions.Therefore,the central and western regions have gradually become an important subject for the transfer of international and domestic industries.Adjacent to the developed areas in the east,Anhui Province enjoys an advantageous geographical location.At the same time,the region has abundant advantages in resource endowments and provides favorable conditions for undertaking industrial transfer.With economic development entering a new normal,it is necessary to provide a good environment for undertaking industrial industry transfer,and to introduce competitive advantage industries,which plays an important role in optimizing the industrial structure of Anhui Province.This article first reviewed the related theories of industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization,summarized the above documents,and then analyzed the three industrial structures by using the data of three industrial developments in Anhui Province,and obtained three industries in Anhui in 2009-2015.The year has experienced rapid development.However,compared with some provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,there is still a gap.At the same time,the analysis of industrial development in various cities in Anhui Province in 2015 shows that the three industry developments in different cities show different characteristics;for agriculture,industry,and services The industry development trend analysis shows that the industrial output value is growing rapidly,and the service industry is also steadily growing.The agricultural output value is stable.At the same time,based on analyzing the advantages and opportunities for Anhui Province to undertake industrial transfer,it measures the scale of undertaking industrial transfer in Anhui Province.In Anhui Province,the changes in industrial transfer in recent years have first measured the transfer scale of Anhui's entire and sub-industries,indicating that the amount of industrial transfer in Anhui has gradually increased in the period from 2009 to 2015;sub-regional studies have shown that The amount of industrial transfer undertaken by the Jiangcheng Belt is higher than that of the non-Lijiang River City Belt;The scale of various industries indicates that most industries in the manufacturing industry have moved in,and some industries in the service industry have also switched in.However,the measurement of the transfer rate of various industries in the past three years shows that the transition trend of various industries is gradually slowing down,and Based on this analysis,the mechanism of undertaking industrial transfer to optimize the industrial structure is analyzed:the transfer of industry can bring capital accumulation,technology spillover,industrial cooperation and integration,and promote the optimization of the local industrial structure,and then to agriculture and industry.The service industry structure effect was analyzed.Thirdly,through the processing of data,based on the Cobb-Douglas function,a functional relationship between industrial transfer and industrial structure optimization was constructed,and on this basis,an empirical analysis was made of the effect of Anhui Province's undertaking of industrial transfer on industrial structure adjustment and optimization.The empirical research results show that the undertaking of industrial transfer has significantly promoted the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure in Anhui Province,and further subdivided the industry,analyzing the effects of industrial transfer on the above three sectors from the perspectives of the agricultural sector,industrial sector and service sector.It is concluded that the undertaking of industrial transfer has a significant role in promoting the agricultural and industrial sectors,but has no significant effect on the service sector,and further analyses the reasons.Finally,according to the actual situation of Anhui's industrial development and the development status and research conclusions of various regions,the paper puts forward the relevant policy recommendations on how Anhui Province can make good use of industrial transfer to promote industrial development.
