Analysis Of Industrial Structure Updating And Undertaking Industry In Jiangxi With The Visual Angle Of Industrial Transfer

As a common economic phenomenon in the process of economic development,industrial transfer begans to be fully concerned because of the deepening of economicglobalization, the rapid development of our country’s economy and the furtherpromotion of Central China’s rising strategy. As the important content of future regionaleconomic cooperation, industry transfer can enhance and promote the economicconnection among the regions and generate economic correlation effect, hence givingmore chances to promote interregional cooperation and producing the interaction effect.Therefore, the industry transfer has become an important means to upgrade theindustrial structure for the developed areas, and an important strategy forunderdeveloped areas to accelerate the evolution of the industrial structure and enhancethe comprehensive competitiveness. At present, in the face of two waves, one being thefourth time of international industrial transfer, the other the coastal industrial transfer tothe interior, Jiangxi province as the late area of the Central China’s rising strategyshould seize the precious opportunities of the strategy, take an active part in theindustrial shift to achieve the extraordinary development of economy and upgrade theindustrial structure. This thesis selects Jiangxi province as the research object, andempirically analyzes the functions as well as impacts of the industrial transfer onJiangxi’s industrial structure and economic development.This thesis takes the industry transfer as the breakthrough point, used the theoryand empirical study, combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysismethods to study the industry transfer of Jiangxi. First of all, from the industrialtransfer and Jiangxi economic development, based on industrial transfer theory, toanalyze the effects of the relationship between economic growth and industrial transfer,industrial transfer and industrial concentration changes interaction, and theoptimization of the industrial structure effect. This paper also explain effect of theindustry transfer to promote balanced regional development and reduceregional economic disparities. Secondly, this paper selects time series data from1984to2011as the research object with applying measuring model, further researches theJiangxi industry transfer and the relationship between the industrial structure evolution.The results of the study show that there is a long-term co-integration betweenundertaking industrial transfer and optimizing industrial structure,and industrial transferis Granger cause of upgrading of the industrial structure. the industrial transferoptimizes regional industrial structure, undertaking industrial transfer is the importantpower of regional development. Jiangxi province is in the rising industrialization stage,in order to undertake industrial transfer better, accelerate the upgrading of the industrialstructure, this paper, from the perspective of industry cluster, selecting2001and2010time span data and using industry static and dynamic model of Jiangxi province，tocalculate the37industry data in2009, based on this calculation to select which industry the11cities of Jianxi should undertake, and it is also studied from spacepattern. On this basis, from undertaking industrial transfer point，this paper proposes thecountermeasures and suggestions.
