The problem of overwork on Internet companies is often reported.Overtime work has become the default state of the industry.According to the 2015 China labor statistics yearbook,the average working hours of the information transmission,software and information technology services industry exceeded the legal requirements.In the study of excessive labor field,the academic research on the employees of Internet enterprises is very rare.Based on this,this paper focuses on the research of the Internet enterprises in Beijing as the research object of excessive labor.By combining theory with empirical analysis,the current situation and influencing factors of overwork are studied.he empirical results show that over 60%of the employees of Beijing Internet enterprises have excessive labor.Fatigue accumulation mainly manifests as physical fatigue.The overwork distribution was studied by analyzing the mean of overwork scores of employees with different characteristics and work characteristics.By means of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the mathematical research logic of factor analysis is used to study the influence factors of excessive labor of employees of Internet enterprises in Beijing.Firstly,through the single factor analysis,the influence of marital status,degree,unit type,post type,whether to purchase Beijing housing pressure and the overtime culture of enterprises is excluded.Then,the influence direction of the residual variables is analyzed based on the first step.Physical exercise,mental adjustment,interest driving,value recognition,salary satisfaction,legal awareness and awareness of rights and interests can relieve employees' excessive labor.Finally,the main influencing factors are analyzed by multiple stepwise regression analysis.Explains the working time variable,attitude adjustment variables,work atmosphere and commuting time variables,work intensity,social competition,salary satisfaction variables and age variables affect the Beijing Internet enterprise employees excessive labor.Focus on employees' physical and mental health.To urge enterprises to take preventive measures to focus on.To perfect the law of excessive labor is the breakthrough point.Aim to build a healthy and sustainable human talent view.From these four perspectives,we give some suggestions to alleviate the overworking of Internet workers.
