As the 16th party congress explicitly pointed out that the rural labor force to non-agricultural industries and urban shift is the inevitable trend of industrialization and modernization. The smooth transfer of rural surplus labor to optimize the industrial structure, accelerate the construction of agricultural modernization, the construction of new countryside has an important role. Beijing as the state's capital is the country's economic, political and cultural center. Beijing rural has some especial characteristics, for example, regional population scale expending, family scaled-narrowing, complex structure and so on. And across the country, the development of Beijing rural labor transfer is one of the most standard and largest. This article, with twice Beijing agricultural census data and Beijing statistical yearbooks'data for base to analyses and evaluates the status of Beijing rural labor transfer. At the same time, to find out the possible influencing factors, the rural labor force resources, agricultural development and residents living situation in Beijing rural have been longitudinally and laterally compared and analysed. And then, it quantitative analyses the influent factors, which impact the scale of Beijing rural labor transfer by using the factor analysis and regression ways. The research discusses the relationship between these influence factors and the scale of Beijing rural labor transfer. Finally, some specific Policy recommendations and Suggestions have been provided according to the study conclusion.
