In the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Xi Jinping said: “China's economy has been transitioning from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.” “We need to raise total factor productivity and accelerate the building of an industrial system that promotes coordinated development of the real economy with technological innovation,modern finance,and human resources.” “We should endeavor to develop an economy with more effective market mechanisms,dynamic micro-entities,and sound macro-regulation.This will steadily strengthen the innovation capacity and competitiveness of China's economy.”Industry is the pillar of the national economy,which determines modernization level and speed of our national economy.Large and medium-sized enterprises are the core of our traditional industrial sector,such as coal,chemical industry,textile and machinery,etc.These enterprises always present the obvious characteristic of highly concentrated,which always result in large and medium-sized industrial enterprises have unique regional characteristics.In order to develop higher efficiency and more robust drivers of economic growth through reform,we must improve the production and operation efficiency of industrial enterprises.As a big province riched in energy resources,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises to improve the economic and social development of Shanxi province,while Shanxi have to cut the excess and backward capacity in heavy industries,such as the coal industry and the chemical industry.As the subject of market economy and basic unit of economic activities,the operation efficiency and creativity value of enterprises are important indexes to measure the vitality of microcosmic main bodies.At the same time,the operation efficiency and creativity value of enterprises often reflecte in the labor practices of the employees.Labor practices witchinclude labor division behavior and labor collaborative behavior are the base of all division and collaboration,and the basic instrument of creating opportunity.In the labor market,production process of companies refines different links in order to reduce transaction costs.Enterprise employee at different posts collaborate to complete production tasks.In the process,combination mechanism,constraint mechanism,incentive mechanism on the management level and mechanism of coordinated cooperation,interactive mechanism,mechanism of mutual monitoring on the employee level both play a role,and they cooperate together to ensure that the employees are productive.In the labor market with asymmetry information,employers assess the qualifications and characters of would-be employees or associates on their stock of human capital,while in the internal labor market,employers affect employees by virtue of employment relationship,labor contract and the company's rules and regulations.At the same time,employees negotiate with both the employers and other employees to realize the situation of“Pareto Optimality”.That is,employees realize “self-interest” through “altruism”,and show the tendency of positive collaborative behaviors,so as to maximize both the profit of employers and the utility of employees.The labor collaborative behaviors of employees is the result of the individual characteristics,management mechanism and coordination mechanism,and these behaviors are expressed in the following : Firstly,there are obvious different labor collaborative behaviors between employees with different personal feature.Secondly,feasible and effective combination mechanism,constraint mechanism and incentive mechanism on the management level can activate the positive effect and reduce the negative effect of labor collaborative behaviors.Thirdly,good interaction,helping each other and supervising each other can also improve the efficiency of labor collaborate.After that,the degree of satisfaction with income,employee's occupation morals,corporate culture and the external labor market also influence differently on labor collaborative behaviors.Therefore,in orderto activate the positive effect and reduce the negative effect of labor collaborative behaviors,it is necessary to perfect the management mechanism of the company,constantly improve the professional ethics,fortify its criteria and build a culture of collaborate.
