| The guiding thought of economic developmentof China under the new circumstance is suggested in the proposal during the period of the 13th Five Year Plan: China's economy has transferred from high-speed growth to mid-high speed growth; and it is initiated the five development concept of innovation, harmonization, green, openness and sharing. It is necessary to make appropriate adjustment on the basis of systematic analysis of various environmental factors of enterprise survival and development and review of current development thoughtand strategic measures for Yunnan Tendering Co., Ltd., a professional bidding agency. This paper is aimed to offer the reference for strategies preparing of Yunnan Tendering Co., Ltd. by studying on the development strategy in new circumstance.This paper made a comprehensive analysis on the internal environmental factors and development situation of Yunnan Tendering Co., Ltd. from following aspects: enterprise organization structure, business structure, human resources and profit model. Meanwhile, it makes an analysis on the external management environmentin detail by discussing the current development situation of bidding agents and using analysis of macro environment factors and stakeholder, and five forces analysis. Finally, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and the faced opportunities and threats of the enterprise by using SWOT analysis model.
