As an important connecting node of electric power enterprises and users,Electric Power Bureau is obliged to ensure the benefits of power enterprises and excellent electrical products of power users by electric power marketing work.With the development of Power Market and the reform on electric industry,the electric power marketing is becoming increasingly important to Electric Power Bureaus.As a traditional power grid enterprise,Xilin Gol Electric Power Bureau inherit the original marketing model,the rapid change of electricity generation,load level and load structure require that Xilin Gol Electric Power Bureau improve marketing model,research marketing strategy to establish the electric power marketing system which adapt to electric power market demand of Xilin Gol region.This article firstly defined the objectives and principles of power marketing by introducing the basic theory and the basic concept.Then based on the introduction of electricity market environment,the power marketing ability of Xilin Gol Electric Power Bureau is analyzed applying the SWOT analysis,then combined with analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the elements in SWOT.According to the principle of enhancing advantage while avoiding disadvantage,solving the problem,grasping the opportunities,identifying the threat,and combining priorities of elements,on the basis of quantitative strategic planning matrix to determine that differential marketing strategy should be taken.Using differential internal marketing strategy,pricing strategy,service strategy,demand strategy and sales promotion strategy as a support,at the same time safeguard from the aspects of technology,personnel,information,etc to improve the service and efficiency,develops the market,provides reference for enterprise development in future.The results of this study will provide reliable suggestions for the marketing system optimization,marketing positioning and overall planning of Ximeng Electric Power Bureau under the background of electric market reform so as to help it adapt to the changes of market structure in the new power system.The various changes brought about by the reform will help the electric industry Bureau Ximeng to have a clear goal for its development,targeted marketing strategy to help the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises and to provide power support for the national economic and social development.
