Along with the power market reform going deeper, the focus of power enterprises will change gradually from production to service and the service processing will be restructured around the needs of customers. Meanwhile, the enterprise management concepts will also change from the "focusing on the product" to the "focusing on the client". This article establishes the comprehensive evaluation target system of power marketing and consumer satisfaction research and uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate part of weighting and the whole weighting of the target system. Furthermore, it achieves the practice and scientific feasibility of target system and evaluation method of power market and the consumer satisfaction research. This article finds out the highly sensitive target of power marketing, analyzes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation toward these targets and brings forward feasible marketing countermeasure so as to better develop power marketing.
