The Application Research Of Lean Six Sigma In H Cigarette Fatory

Nowadays,competition for core competencies based on high quality product quality,advanced technology and management means is the main way for enterprises to compete.It is the basic goals of the enterprise to obtain the maximum economic profit through the input of smaller resources.Lean production and six sigma as excellent modern management idea,which can improve the quality of products and services,but also can improve the operation efficiency and reduce production costs,will undoubtedly become the inevitable choice for enterprise development.Since 2007,the H cigarette factory has introduced lean six sigma management system,and has promoted lean six sigma idea and method vigorously in the whole factory.The stability of airflow drying process parameter is an important link to ensure the quality of cut tobacco.Due to the substandard quality of cut tobacco in the airflow drying process,the cut tobacco will be processed again,which will cause the loss of cut tobacco,energy consumption and waste of human resources.If due to the substandard quality of cut tobacco,resulting in tobacco grade downgrade,it will cause great losses to the H cigarette factory.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the stability of airflow drying process parameters.The paper is guided by six sigma theory,statistical method,cigarette processing theory and project management,based on six sigma(DMAIC)method,combined with empirical research,research on how to improve the stability of airflow drying process parameters.Through the analysis of airflow drying process in manufacturing process,and find out the reasons that affect the stability of airflow drying process parameters,using tools to analyze all the influence factors,find out the main reason,and by using lean six sigma tools to improve.The project in this paper solves the quality problems in the airflow drying process of H cigarette factory,achieves the improvement goal,and plays a guiding role in the construction and implementation of other six sigma projects.
