In recent years,with the widespread popularity and application of Internet technology in the lives of Chinese people,the online shopping food industry in China has experienced rapid growth.Undoubtedly,online shopping will become one of the main means for consumers to purchase food in the future.However,due to the openness,virtuality and concealment of the Internet,online food safety supervision is more difficult to control than traditional offline food transaction supervision.Through analysis and research,it is found that there are still some levels of supervision of food safety in China.Regulatory authorities have unclear powers and responsibilities,lack of coordination;lack of corresponding legal and industry safety standards;asymmetric food safety information;low social public participation.The above problem is due to the lack of a sound regulatory long-term mechanism and a sound support system.Based on this,this paper relies on government regulation theory,public product theory,information asymmetry theory,seamless government organization theory and principal component analysis.a combination of theory and practice,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,etc.Analysis and research on the long-term mechanism and support system construction of online food safety supervision in China.Actively explore the path orientation and countermeasures for realizing the safety supervision of online shopping in China.Conduct questionnaires and empirical analysis,Principal component analysis using SPSS 25.0for recovered data.Research shows: Consumer trust in website information,Confidence in the status of food safety,Perception of existing regulatory systems,Trust in regulatory authorities large proportion.At the same time,combined with the data analysis of the questionnaire,Can determine the focus of consumers' concerns and concerns about online food safety supervision.Combine the research content of the first,second and third chapters.The fourth chapter of this paper proposes a corresponding long-term mechanism construction approach for the problems of online food safety supervision in China.Chapter Five,explain the design of various supporting paths in the operation process of long-term mechanism of online food safety supervision,proposed the corresponding construction ideas,demonstrate the shortcomings in reality,Strive to form a set of explicit,systematic framework.The operation of the long-term mechanism for online food safety supervision in China has strong support.
