With the further development of urban and rural integration,farmhouse has been developing rapidly.However,because farmhouse is located at the junction of urban and rural areas,the main business area is home,which has great hidden danger for food safety.As the leader of food safety supervision of rural family catering service,the government should strengthen the supervision and means of farmhouse so as to make farmhouse catering market better and healthier,and ensure the safety of eating for tourists and customers at farmhouse.In this paper,the problem of food safety supervision in Xi'an farmhouse,starting from the market failure theory,public interest theory,polycentric governance theory,carry out analysis and study,in accordance with the concept,theory to present problems,analyze problems and solve problems and put forward countermeasures and ideas for research and discussion.Starting from the problems exposed to the food safety of farmhouse catering service,this paper analyzes the shortcomings and problems existing in the supervision of government departments,classifies and analyzes the existing problems in supervision,and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.The article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction.This part introduces the background and the significance of this topic,the current research status at home and abroad as well as the methods and ideas of the research.The second part is the status of the development of farmhouse and the status of food safety supervision in Changan District,Xi'an.Through the analysis of the survey and questionnaire,within the area of the farmhouse distribution format,regulatory power,sampling testing,complaints and regulatory initiatives to conduct research and analysis.The third part is the analysis of the existing problems and reasons for the food safety supervision of the current farmhouse catering service.The fourth part is the experience of the food safety supervision of the domestic and foreign agricultural farmhouse catering service.This paper analyzes the food safety regulation mode of developed countries and domestic farmers' supervision areas,and draws inspiration from improving food safety supervision level of Changan District farmhouse in Xi'an.The fifth part,through the study of advanced experience at home and abroad,summarizes the inspiration to strengthen the food safety supervision of the food and beverage service.The sixth part is based on the reasons of the food safety supervision problems of farmhouse catering service,combined with the actual supervision experience and the characteristics of farmhouse catering service,based on the long-term,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for food safety supervision of rural family catering service.
